Every member has the right to protection of his or her personal information and creativity, and we are committed to respecting all confidentiality rules.

Before becoming part of our community, we want to ensure that you are a real person and understand our values and rules, so we ask that you first provide some information about yourself before providing any material. This includes a personal description, your interests and goals, and confirmation of your identity. This information helps us to better understand whether you are a good candidate for our community and ensures that all members feel safe and comfortable interacting with each other. All information provided by both parties is kept confidential and used only for the registration process.

Member confidentiality requirements

All members are required to adhere to a confidentiality policy from the first contact:

• Non-disclosure of personal information: No personal information about other members may be shared without their explicit consent.
• Discreet communication: All matters and information discussed in private must remain confidential and not be disclosed to others without their express consent.
• Content Privacy: Any photos, videos or other content that you receive, create or share in the community are for internal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Anonymity: If you wish, you can participate in discussions and activities anonymously, ensuring that your identity remains private.

Protecting Minors

Posting content that involves or could harm minors in violation of their rights is prohibited. Our community is for adults only and we do not accept anyone under the age of 18. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure that the content they create and publish is safe and appropriate for an adult audience. Under no circumstances may any content include a minor. Any activity that violates the rights or safety of minors is strictly prohibited.

Additional Provisions for the Protection of Minors:

• Strict Control Mechanisms: Our community uses strict age screening measures to ensure that minors are not admitted to the community and that their rights are protected.
• Content Monitoring and Moderation: All content created and posted by members is continuously monitored and moderated to ensure that it complies with community rules and does not harm minors. Although the community is not responsible for the individual and personal actions of members outside the community, these rules are valid, in accordance with the laws of the Republic and the laws for the protection of minors.
• Reporting. Such reports will be dealt with immediately and appropriate action will be taken.
• Responsibility and Consequences: Members who violate the rules for the protection of minors will face serious consequences, including expulsion from the community and reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Living in a Protected Groups

In our community, we live in groups, in rented or owned houses, with between 3 and 9 members, including 2 to 6 girls and 1 to 3 strictly selected men, who help to manage and coordinate the group activities, and who support and protect us in our daily activities. This group structure ensures a close and friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel safe and supported. The help of the man makes it possible to deal with organisational issues more efficiently and to ensure that everything runs smoothly. These small groups encourage cooperation with each other and with other members of the community, help build stronger bonds between all members and create an environment where everyone can develop and grow safely.

Thanking and encouraging members

Housekeeping

When you are invited to live with the community, it is important to follow certain rules to ensure a harmonious and orderly life. All household chores, except those of the administration, should be shared equally among the members. The administrators are responsible for the administration of the community and the management of the different businesses, and are therefore substituted for household chores. In the later stages of the group, once the financial flow is achieved, housekeeping services etc. are contracted out.

Cleaning the home environment

All members are responsible for the housekeeping work. Each member, with support, has the responsibility to clean their own and shared spaces regularly to ensure a clean and productive environment.

Cleaning of personal space

Each member is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of their personal space. We encourage creativity, so decorations are welcome and will help you to create a cosy and personal environment. We understand that everyone’s day may be different, but a tidy space is important for your well-being and productivity. A tidy personal space helps to maintain harmony and peace in the community, allowing each member to feel comfortable and to concentrate on their goals.

Maintenance of the common space

All members are expected to take care of the common space of the home, keeping it clean and tidy. This includes the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, work or lounge areas and other common areas.

Housework Schedule

A homework schedule is drawn up each week so that all members know their responsibilities and tasks.

Food Preparation and Nutrition

Food planning is a collective responsibility. All members contribute to the purchase and planning of food, with an allocated budget. We promote healthy eating and shared eating habits. Share healthy recipe ideas and take part in joint cooking activities.

Responsibility for the well-being of the Community

Each member is responsible for the well-being and harmony of the community. Following the rules will ensure a pleasant and productive living environment.

We encourage members to help each other. If someone is unable to do his or her job, other members should help.

In the future, once financial stability is achieved, we plan to outsource professional housekeeping and cooking services so that members can devote more time to creative and professional development.

Intimate relationships between members of the community are allowed but must be based on mutual consent and respect. It is important that all participants feel fair and comfortable.

These services help Members deal with stress, anxiety and other challenges they may face in their day to day life.

Each Member has access to individual counselling. Consultations can be both live and remote to ensure that all Members are comfortable.

We organise group therapy sessions where members can share their experiences and receive support from other members of the community. Group sessions promote togetherness and help members feel that they are not alone with their problems.

Stress management training

We organise stress management training, which includes a range of techniques to help reduce stress and improve emotional wellbeing. Training may include meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness theories and practices, etc.

Harassment Policy

Harassment in the community is unacceptable and strictly prohibited. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, we have established clear policies and procedures for dealing with harassment or other unwanted behaviour. Every Member needs to know how to report such incidents and can be assured that their reports will be dealt with confidentially and professionally.

Any harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour without the will of the Member is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Members who violate this policy may be expelled from the community without warning and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Harassment reporting procedure

Each Member must immediately report harassment or other unwanted behaviour. Reports can be made confidentially through our internal reporting system or by contacting the Community Administrators directly. Upon receipt of a report, a full investigation is launched to establish the facts and take appropriate action. During the investigation, full confidentiality and protection of the reporter is guaranteed.

Member Photoshoots and Content Creation

Our community prides itself on creating unique and aesthetically pleasing content that reflects the personality and style of each member. We love it when girls combine cute schoolgirl or other cosplay styles with grunge elements. This combination not only adds a playful and subtle touch, but also a mysteriousness that attracts the attention of the audience.

We support girls who want to be more open and bold in their photoshoots, as it helps them stand out and attract the attention of the audience. However, it is important to always follow the rules and guidelines of the social networks or other platforms used and all the laws of the country. This ensures that the content is not only interesting and unique, but also safe and fully legal. Bold self-expression combined with responsibility helps to create an exciting but credible and professional image that is valued by viewers and platform algorithms alike. Living in a community home makes the photo shoot process a real daily celebration.

Photo Shoot Process:

1. Preparation: Together with your stylists or other members, choose outfits and accessories that match your chosen theme.
2. Photo shoot: A photographer will help you look and feel comfortable, and the results will be a selection of great quality photos or videos.
3. Editing: photos will be edited to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic appeal.
4. Content Creation: The edited photos will be used to create unique and engaging content for your social media profiles or other projects between you and your collaborators.

Co-creation process and help with the creation of independent channels

In our community, we not only create content together, but also help each other develop our independent channels. By sharing knowledge, experience and resources, we encourage each member to achieve their goals and realise their creative potential. Every member of the community can count on support and help, because working together strengthens not only our individual channels, but our community as a whole. Setting the level of openness and type of content

Each member must always indicate, at the time of registration, how ready and personally willing she is to be open in photo shoots, as well as other important information about her preferences and favourite types of content. This may include details of what style of photos or genre of videos she likes, whether she is more interested in fashion, creative outfits, more daring photo shoots or moments from everyday life. This information helps us to better understand each member’s needs and preferences, so that we can create content that best reflects her unique style and personality. All activities are always coordinated with each other, and nothing ever takes place without voluntary consent.

Music should be played in communal areas at a volume that does not disturb others. When listening to music in public or shared spaces, please use headphones if other members would like to enjoy peace or quiet. By matching the style of music to the community, we can ensure that the music is enjoyable and acceptable to all.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas to ensure that non-smoking members can enjoy a clean and fresh environment. This rule helps to avoid unpleasant odours and nuisances, as well as maintaining a healthy atmosphere for all members of the community.

Alcohol consumption

We believe that alcohol can be consumed responsibly and in moderation. Drugs and Other Substances

The use of narcotic substances is not permitted, nor is it permitted under state law. If you become aware of their use, please report it to the administration of the community, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. We are always motivated to choose only natural and healthy alternatives and strive to ensure the safety and well-being of all members. Action is taken on a case-by-case basis, especially when required by law or necessary to ensure personal well-being and productivity.

Orientation and Family

In our community, we place a high value on the personality and individuality of each member, including their sexual orientation. It is important to us that every girl feels accepted and respected. We are proud to have a diverse group of girls in our midst and we are committed to ensuring that all members act respectfully towards each other, adhering to moral standards and creating a safe and welcoming environment. By emphasising that all men in the community are of traditional orientation, we help to maintain clarity and respect in our relationships. This aspect contributes to building clearer and more harmonious relationships where everyone feels understood and valued. All the members of our community are mature, yet young, ambitious and eager to grow and develop both personally and professionally.

Members’ rights and responsibilities

Voluntary participation

In our community, we value your freedom to choose how and when you want to get involved in the various shared activities. Participation is entirely voluntary, on a member-by-member basis. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your experience, so please choose to participate only in events and projects that are interesting and relevant to you. Your contribution is valued, regardless of the level of participation you choose. We believe that voluntary participation encourages sincere and genuine communication.

Agreements between the Parties

These Community Guidelines are always signed at the time of registration and become the contract of all members. All other contracts are made on an as-needed basis, taking into account members’ preferences and common activities. Where the rules of the platforms used, laws, income or the activities themselves require additional contracts, these are made by mutual, written agreement, ensuring that all members are informed and that all terms and conditions are agreed in advance. This helps to maintain transparency, fairness and trust in our community, ensuring the safety and rights of all members.

Financial Transparency

Financial transparency is one of the core values of our community. We strive to provide full clarity and fiscal treatment of income and expenses related to our common activities and projects.

Responsibility for Irregularities

In our community, compliance with the rules is an essential aspect of ensuring a safe, friendly and supportive environment for all members. Members who violate these rules may be suspended or expelled from the community, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

All violations are taken seriously in order to protect the well-being and maintain harmony of the members of the community. In the first instance, the offending member may receive a warning and have an interview with the administration to clarify the situation and find a solution. More serious offences may result in suspension, which allows time to assess the situation and apply possible corrective measures. If the violations are repeated or particularly serious, the Member may be permanently expelled from the Community.

Our goal is to create and maintain an environment where every member feels safe, respected and valued. We therefore hold ourselves to high standards of behaviour and expect every member of the community to contribute to this vision. Each member’s misconduct will be assessed on an individual basis and we will take appropriate action to protect our community.

Sanctions for breaches of confidentiality and privacy

All members of the community are required to adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy rules to protect personal information and ensure the safety of all members. Violation of the confidentiality rules will be treated as serious misconduct and may result in the following sanctions:

1. Monetary Penalty: If a community member violates the confidentiality rules and discloses sensitive information without authorization, he/she may be subject to a monetary penalty, starting from 1000€ and to be paid within 30 days of the discovery of the breach.
2. Termination of Membership: Any violation of the confidentiality rules may be grounds for immediate termination of a member’s membership in the community, without prior notice. The member will be informed in writing.
3. Legal Action: Violation of the confidentiality rules may result in legal action against the member. This includes legal action for damages related to the information disclosed. The member agrees to pay all legal defense costs associated with this breach.
4. Temporary Suspension: In the event of a violation of the confidentiality rules, the member may be suspended from all community activities pending investigation of the violation. The suspension period may last up to 30 days, and the member will not be entitled to receive any income from community activities during this period.
5. Mandatory Training: A member who violates the confidentiality rules will be required to attend mandatory training on data protection and the importance of confidentiality. The training must be completed within 14 days of the discovery of the breach.

Compliance with these sanctions is intended to ensure that all members of the community are safe and can work in an environment of trust and respect.

Please be reminded that any financial decisions may involve some risk and the administration is not responsible for decisions made by others. Each member should responsibly assess his/her own risks and take individual interest before making any financial decisions.

Termination of Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership, please inform the community administration. Membership can be terminated at any time, either by you or by the administration. It is important to stress that all actions are done only by mutual agreement and on a voluntary basis. Our goal is to ensure that every member feels respected and understood, so any decision to terminate membership will always be made by mutual agreement in order to maintain respect and good communication.
