You must be an adult, 18-30 years old to apply, to remain in resonance with the rhythm and energy of our current community. What matters is your willingness to unlearn what isn’t working… and live what’s true.
🌍 Where is the community located?
We live together in warm-climate European homes, chosen for peace, financial targets, and emotional regulation. Specific cities and homes are shared only with accepted applicants, to protect privacy and emotional safety.
🏡 Is ModelHill only in-person? Or are there remote options?
🧼 What are the living conditions like?
We live in peaceful, fully furnished homes designed for beauty and function.
Each home includes:
- Shared or private bedrooms (depending on the house and personal interests)
- Clean and well-maintained living room, bathrooms
- Fully stocked kitchens with appliances, utensils, and cookware
- Shared meals, chore rotation, and a structure that makes life easier, not heavier
- Cleanliness is a non-negotiable – we believe beauty and order support the feminine nervous system
💼 Do I need to have income before I join?
No. You may already have your specialisation and job preferences, or you may arrive fully unsure of how to earn. What matters is that you’re willing to learn, receive, and contribute.
We will help you:
- Find work (locally or online)
- Build remote income based on your natural skills
- Earn to save and invest in real assets
- Feel emotionally safe around money again
We rise together. We teach each other. We move at the pace of honest effort.
📷 Do I have to be comfortable on camera or in photos?
Not at all.
This is not a content house.
We do share intentional visuals, but you will never be pressured to perform, pose, or publish. If you prefer privacy, it will be honored without question.
🛏️ Is there intimacy with the male leader or other female members?
Every woman’s path is her own.
Intimacy is never expected, required, or forced.
But feminine obedience, erotic polarity, and devotion are energies some women feel called to explore – and those who do are held with reverence, slowness, and sacredness.
The masculine presence in our home exists to lead with clarity, protect with honor, and hold space – not to take.

💰 How much does it cost to live there?
You contribute monthly to rent, food, and shared needs, just like any intentional household.
Amounts vary by:

But all expenses are shared fairly, with full transparency and support.
You will always know what’s expected – and you’ll never be left behind.
No one is excluded from temporary struggle sometimes. We move as a system.
📥 What happens after I apply?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
- If we feel alignment, you’ll be invited to a private call
- If accepted, you’ll receive onboarding guidance to prepare for your integration and potential relocation
